Dear members,
We have the great pleasure to invite you to our next seminar organized by ISACA in collaboration with GRB

Data protection: How to meet regulatory obligations (GDPR / new FADP)?

In the era of Big Data, a new Eldorado for many companies, and in the face of increasing cyber-attacks, the pressure for increased protection of personal data is growing. While Europe has already strengthened its regulatory framework with the introduction of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), Switzerland is in the process of updating the FAPD (Federal Act on Data Protection) to align with the European standard, with the new law expected to come into force in the second half of 2022.

What actions are required to comply? What are the points of attention not to be neglected to set up and maintain its processes and controls in terms of data processing? What are the penalties?
To discuss this topic and share his experience in the implementation of the GDPR we are pleased to welcome:

Monsieur Eldo Mabiala
Head of security and Logistic
Banque Syz SA
on November 25, from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m.
