Dear members,
We have the great pleasure to invite you to our next seminar organized by ISACA in collaboration with ISMA:
"Facilitating the decision-making process in times of crisis"
Faced with increasingly frequent and complex crises, decision-makers have gradually become aware of the need to be prepared for crises. Whether the crisis originates from events outside the company or is due to internal problems, managing a crisis is never a foregone conclusion, both strategically and on a human level.
During the presentation, we will see how the use of a crisis management methodology allows us to adopt a proactive rather than reactive approach, so that panic does not take precedence over rapid and judicious decision making.
The event is intended to be participatory and interactive, so that participants can learn from a collective experience. Together, we will go through the different stages of crisis management, in a scenario inspired by real events.
This conference will be hosted by
Claire Matias
Expert in information security at the State of Geneva
and will take place
on 23rd September 2021 from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m.
Given the pandemic situation, the seminar will be organized as an interactive video-conference.
