About the Speaker
Prof. Dr. iur. Mirjam Gruber-Durrer is a lawyer and lecturer in normative board management at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts – Business. She is co-program director of the CAS Board of Directors course and conducts research in the areas of corporate governance, risk management, and compliance. She wrote her dissertation on “The duty of the board of directors to implement integrated risk management in SMEs.”
