Where do I want to go? What are the next steps in my career? What is currently holding me back from taking these steps? And how do I break through any blockades? We look for answers to these and other questions during the Self-Leadership-Coaching "Career according to my values" organized by ISACA SheLeadsTech and the Information Security Society Switzerland (ISSS).

The starting point for the coaching is our own values. Because values are what drives us in life, what gives us a boost and keeps us on course, even when things get tough. Based on the scientifically validated St.Gallen Coaching Model (SCM)®, our speaker, business coach Verena Wottrich, works out together with the participants which value they would like to increase in their current professional situation. Subsequently, concrete measures are determined how this increase in value can be achieved. In addition, we look at what may be holding us back from taking the next steps and how we can solve these blockages.

Self-Leadership Coaching is not only a fantastic opportunity to receive personalized coaching that will help you gain more clarity on your career goals, but also to network with other like-minded women and men during the aperitif afterwards.
