Florian Prem, CISM, MSc IT & Management

Florian is a seasoned expert with over 20 years of experience in Information- and Data-Management, AI, Data Analysis, GRC, Data Strategies and Digital Transformations. As the inaugural Chief Data Officer for Deloitte Switzerland and later CDO for the Global Deloitte Technology Organization, Florian led initiatives to enhance data governance, data analysis and data management, fostering a more data-driven organization. Over the past year, he has advised several Swiss banks on developing robust Data Strategies, Data Governance & Compliance frameworks and making these frameworks operational within efficient data management practices.
