Human beings are imperfect. Mistakes and errors happen. They are quickly overwhelmed by the complexity of the world. This makes them a security risk in organisations and at the same time a brilliant innovative force. How do we as leaders influence people's behaviour? How do we shape organisations in order to find a meaningful way of dealing with complexity? What leadership approaches are appropriate and what image of humanity is needed as a basic prerequisite? What psychological knowledge can help in dealing with ambiguity? How do these issues correlate with the security interests of an organisation?

Let's explore the answers together in an interactive event with impulses, group work and discussion. Together, let's find a sensible way of dealing with the human risk factor and thereby reduce cyber risks in organisations.

Precision: The impulses are of a general nature and are not exclusively on the topic of cyber security. The topic of leadership also includes leadership also includes technical or procedural leadership - not exclusively line management.

Philippe Renggli

Philippe gründete im Jahr 2016 die Who is Frank GmbH mit der Überzeugung, dass kundenorientierte und adaptive Organisationen sinnvolle Rahmenbedienungen schaffen müssen, damit sich Mitarbeitende nachhaltig entwickeln und ein selbstbestimmtes Leben führen können. Der Return on Investment für die Organisation: Geringere  Sicherheitsrisiken im Cyberumfeld. Vor der Gründung war Philippe als Abteilungsleiter tätig und verantwortete die agile Transformation eines etablierten Bankensoftware-Herstellers. Er hat ein Bachelor of Science in Business Administration der Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz und verfügt über verschiedene CAS im Bereich Coaching,  Leadership und Organisationsentwicklung.
