About the conference leader

Florian Deumeland works as a moderator and consultant for communication and PR and is committed to appreciative leadership communication as a trainer and coach. He also works as a keynote speaker. Florian Deumeland, who holds a degree in business administration (lic. oec.) and is a PR consultant. He supports and accompanies organisations and teams in their development processes. He draws on his extensive experience as a manager in the healthcare industry, managing director and officer in the German Armed Forces.
