AHS 1|26 - Human Risk Management

Insider risks – definition and practical examples for reducing internal risks

The economy and politics are facing the growing challenge of increasing complexity and opaque activities that threaten the integrity and reputation of companies. The perspective of human risks and corresponding insider risks is becoming more relevant than ever, because the human factor is a vulnerability that will always exist.
Employees remain one of the most important assets of a company. Taking into account the understanding of human capital, the risks and how they are dealt with in the coming years will determine whether companies are exposed to greater risk or not. The impact on the value retention of the company is crucial in a volatile economic landscape.
This practical seminar will explore what it means to consider human vulnerability as a corporate factor and the psychological effects and dynamics behind it.
We will start with the basic definition and then look at practical examples and measures that can be taken to reduce or eliminate the risk. After an introduction, practical examples of risks and recommendations for action will be presented in the after-hours seminar.
